- Schedule a Free Estimate and Consultation: We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your property and provide a thorough consultation to determine the best gutter solutions.

- Receive Estimate on the Spot: By the end of our visit, you’ll receive a detailed estimate via email, outlining the cost and scope of the project.
- Sign Estimate as Agreement: Once you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll send it via email for both parties to sign, confirming the job, pricing, and our agreement to proceed.
- Schedule the Job: After the contract is signed, we’ll schedule a time that works for you to begin the project.
- Request Deposit for Jobs Over $3000: For larger projects, a deposit of 50% will be requested to secure the necessary materials and schedule your job.
- Invoice and Payment Options: An invoice will be generated and emailed to you, offering multiple financing and payment options. This invoice will also be signed by both parties as a work order and receipt.
- Confirmation Call: Two days prior to the job, we’ll contact you to confirm the scheduled arrival time and inform you that the materials have been purchased.
- Non-refundable Deposits: Please note that once materials are purchased, deposits are non-refundable, as the job is prepared and ready to begin.
- Schedule Arrival Time: We’ll confirm an exact time for our arrival to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Pre-arrival Call: We’ll call you 30 minutes before our arrival to give you a heads-up and confirm our timing.
- Job Start: Once we arrive, we’ll begin work on your gutters with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Post-job Walkthrough: After completing the job, we’ll walk around with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and address any final questions or concerns.
- Payment Collection: Once the job is finished, payment will be collected. You can choose from several options, including cash, check, or financing, depending on what suits you best.
We believe in making the entire process as smooth as possible, with clear communication and no hidden fees. All estimates and invoices will be sent via email for convenience, and our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with the work we’ve done.
